Tom is the Hartzell representative and has been involved since the DOE first issued their intent to regulate fan efficiency in June 2011. Tom is a member of AMCA committees that are working on various aspects of this rule, including the DOE Regulation Committee, the AMCA Rebate Committee, and the Fan Technical Committee. He is also a member of the AMCA Board of Directors and participates in weekly and monthly DOE related meetings.
